TDP Team
Led by Founder & CEO, Maura O’Neill & Anna Blue, backed by a team with decades of startup and cross-industry experience

Maura O’Neill
Founder
As a four-time entrepreneur, the hurdles faced today by Maura O’Neill’s students at UC Berkeley and the countless female founders she’s mentored are the same ones she had to overcome 40 years ago when she started her first company. It’s time for a change. Not in 700 years, but in our lifetime. Relentlessly focused on sourcing and scaling breakthrough ideas, Maura has spent her career as a tri-sector leader. It is her bold thinking, decades of entrepreneurial experience, deep and broad networks along with her policy chops that Maura is bringing to bear at The Decade Project.
